The Role:

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for Roc Nation, a segment of the Live Nation All Rights Artist business. Position will be responsible for the daily processing of billings. This person must be a self motivated individual with the ability to multi task.

Responsibilities:

Review and record system and manual checks into Accounting and Bank modules. Review entails ensuring all payments have proper approvals/coding and all required supporting documents are filed accordingly.
Process manual ACH and wires.
Input outgoing ACH/wires into the A/P system.
Special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

College Degree with accounting/finance coursework a plus
2+ years of experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
Quality problem solving skills
Quality communication skills
Excel Proficiency a plus
Oracle experience a plus
Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
