Â· System and Component Requirements analysis and decomposition

Â· Mechanical Systems design and component controller integration

Â· Electro-Mechanical System and Component Modeling and Analysis

Â· Control architecture and design

Â· Physics based model development and system design

Â· Root cause and corrective action planning and execution

Â· Mechanical or Electrical Systems validation & verification

Â· Customer technical interface

Â· Effective delegation of work to team members

YOU MUST HAVE

Â· Bachelors degree in Engineering

Â· 3+ years of experience

Â· US Citizen only for contractual reasons

WE VALUE

Â· Masters degree in system design and controls or equivalent experience

Â· Knowledge of the systems and component development lifecycles

Â· Experience with systems requirement flow down

Â· Experience with DOORs

Â· Experience developing RCCA plans and execution, with demonstrated results.

Â· Experience developing motor driven actuation systems

Â· Experience with aircraft ECS component development and system integration.

Â· Experience with implementing control architecture in electronic controller applications

Â· Experience with Real Time hardware in the loop controller development

Â· Control theory basics (block diagram representations of nonlinear and linearized systems, frequency response, gain and phase margins, time constants and interactions, etc.

Â· Systems simulation (proficiency with Matlab/Simulink and Excel or other performance modeling software)

Â· Thermodynamics experience

Â· Fluid dynamics experience

Â· Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.

Â· Diverse and global teaming and collaboration

Â· Effective communicator

Â· Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.

Â· Ability to adapt dictated by project changes

Â· Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks.

Â· Experience with systems requirement V&V
