ThisNurse Manager CathLab/EP Lab will provide oversight of all nursing practices for all areas of the Cardiac CathLab and EP Lab. Responsibilities for this position include ensuring effective and safe patient care across departments, assisting with hiring as necessary, conduct leadership meetings, collaborate with other leadership to ensure departmental metrics and goals are being met, oversee budget and materials management, and ensure local, hospital, state, and federal rules and regulations are met. This position reports to the Assistant Vice President of Cardiovascular Services and will oversee a team of roughly 20 FTEs.

It is required that thisRN Manager Cardiac CathLab has theirBSNand an active NYSRN License, as well as previous clinical experience in cardiac cath lab and/or EP lab. Previous leadership experience is also a requirement (charge, assistant nurse manager, manager) and a Masters is preferred but not required.
