KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization.


Responsibilities:


+ Lead market development, account planning, pipeline origination/qualification/development, pursuit team assembly and opportunity to drive new sales bookings

+ Work with Microsoft alliance and field sales teams, KPMG industry and account teams, and extended KPMG Alliance team to drive new opportunities in target accounts within assigned industry

+ Build market awareness of KPMG's Microsoft services offerings, capabilities, and credentials

+ Educate KPMG account teams, the Microsoft field organization, and clients on how KPMG portfolio of Microsoft offerings help address client needs or solve client issues with the Microsoft cloud: Azure Cloud Transformation, Data & AI, Business Applications, Power Platform, Modern Workplace, Security

+ Ability to articulate the KPMG business-led, technology-enabled Microsoft cloud digital transformation proposition for assigned industry

+ Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times, and improve our overall win rate; demonstrate excellence in applying MarketEDGE, KPMG's sales methodology


Qualifications:


+ Minimum eight years of successful Microsoft professional services business development (Microsoft alliance management and/or Microsoft services sales) experience, preferably focusing on Enterprise accounts with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience

+ Strong Microsoft Partner professional services ecosystem experience and relevant relationships

+ Strong industry knowledge with Microsoft; subject matter proficiency is preferred

+ Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results, often exceeding several million dollars

+ Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and KPMG service offerings

+ Demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead relationship building activities with C-Level executives, including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CISO

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future; ability to travel as necessary
