Support the sales function in the HCE\rorganization in HCI business, by developing accurate, timely and professional\restimates and proposals. You will analyze the sales estimates to the customer\rrequirements and provide guidance on factors to be used for competitive\restimating. You will provide accurate and timely estimates which include scope,\rmaterial, and labor effort by skilled discipline. You will work with\rengineering team, operation team and Technical Sales Consultant (TSC) to\rdevelop cost effective estimates and identify explicit proposal inclusions to\rbe prepared within required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a quality and accuracy proposal which achieve customer needs.
Develop Estimates
Identify Proposal Inclusions
Ownership of proposal, from initial request to final deliver a proposal
Build relationships between internal customers (Sales, Engineering team, operation team and TSC)

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering
3+ years in the Estimation, Project Management or Application Engineer.

WE VALUE

Process Simulation experience (Simulators UniSim, Aspen Plus, Hysys or Pro II)
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Strong numerical aptitude
Demonstrated proficiency with Excel
Ability to meet and improve delivered financial results from implemented estimates
Six Sigma experience, Green Belt certification a strong plus
Excellent team and communication skills
