Service

On a daily basis, d irectly Supervise and professionally develop Service Support Representatives and Administrative Associates which provide operational support for the Altec Parts Warehouse Operations Teams.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervision and associate development of Warehouse Support SSRs including inventory analysts, PCD Helpdesks, and Warehouse Training associate
Working closely with Warehouse, Sales, Supply, Purchasing, Service, and other cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for improvement
Development, Implementation, Reporting, and Management of Warehouse Cycle-Counting Program at all locations
Management of Altec Parts Operations Training Program including the development of standards, work instructions, and cross-functional training
Support Warehouse with strategic inventory location planning and maintenance
Project Management and/or support of initiatives such as Zendesk, WMS Implementation, Zone Picking, etc.
Support Altec Parts Quality Program
Warehouse Metrics Reporting
Participate in RCI events as needed
All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

This position may be adjusted upward within the career path if the selected candidate meets the qualifications of a more senior level.

Bachelor's Degree required (Preferred) or
- High School Diploma or GED required and
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills and other office management applications required; Working knowledge of Oracle and Lotus Notes preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
