Schedule:

Full Time Days

Flexible Schedule/Shifts:

The role youll contribute:

Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. ThisPhysical Therapist will have opportunity to work with pediatric patients ages 0-14 years old and as well as treat patients in our specialty programs, including Pediatric Pelvic Health and Hippotherapy. If necessary, training will be provided for pelvic health and Hippotherapy.

The value youll bring to the team:

Assesses patient ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills
Designs appropriate plans of care, including type and frequency of treatment
Implements treatment plans using appropriate modalities
Documents patient progress
Plans and assists with patient discharge from therapy services and provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:

Physical Therapy License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current valid State license as a Physical Therapist
Temporary State permit as Physical Therapist
