The Disney Streaming Strategy & Business Planning team is a highly dynamic group, focused on evaluating and building business cases for growth opportunities across Disney+, Star+, ESPN+, and Hulu. We scope and execute analyses to inform a wide range of high-impact business decisions and work cross-functionally across Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Regional Teams to aggregate and elevate perspectives on high-priority strategic considerations.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate with extensive strategy and finance experience to join our growing team. You will work with the Director of Strategy & Business Planning to evaluate growth opportunities, solve key business problems, and inform decisions by Disney Streaming leadership, with special emphasis on strategies surrounding the pricing, tiering, and packaging of our products and services.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished strategy manager ideally from an investment banking or management consulting background with experience in media & entertainment and/or direct-to-consumer businesses. They will also have experience conducting analytical analyses in the financial and subscription growth modeling realms.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and assess pricing, tiering, and packaging strategies, acting as an internal consultant for leadership and regional partners to structure problems, develop frameworks, conduct relevant analyses, and communicate results.
+ Serve as the internal source of knowledge for all things with pricing, tiering, and packaging at Disney Streaming and be in constant communication with all functional and regional teams who regularly work in these areas.
+ Monitor the market and competitive landscape in the realms of pricing, tiering, and packaging and develop points of view on trends with a focused consideration of the implications to Disney Streaming.
+ Support the wider Strategy & Business Planning team with ad-hoc projects and analyses to drive organizational alignment and decision making
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, direct-to-consumer strategy, or similar fields
+ Bachelors degree from a nationally accredited college or university or equivalent experience required
+ Impeccable excel skills with experience navigating large data sets, building subscription and financial models, and tackling broader analytical analyses
+ Gifted storyteller with the ability to synthesize and communicate highly complex information both verbally and written (e.g. memos, decks)
+ Comfort structuring ambiguous problems and breaking down large scale projections into actionable workstreams
+ Experience managing and driving alignment across senior stakeholders
+ High standards for work quality, attention to detail, and accuracy
+ Ability to manage multiple requests, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficient in GSuite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
