As a Product Designer, you will play a role in developing an end-to-end understanding of the experiences that our consumers face when they use our products.

Position Overview:

Candidate must be a natural collaborator and a great communicator, able to develop and present design ideas in a team environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, QA and Business. Experience with user testing, user research and be able to prototype in XD is required. Candidate will play an active role in the creative process to develop the blueprints for compelling customer/user experience for experiences such as onboarding, payment and service flows.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

Expert knowledge of user research, visualization, wire-framing & prototyping package(s) You have high proficiency of visualization design software (Adobe CS, Adobe XD, etc..) and knowledge of the traditional web-stack HTML/CSS/JS and a good grasp of semiotics, semantics and linguistics.

This person is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with product stakeholders, development and engineering team members to identify new solutions, improving existing ones, and ultimately influence product decision making.

As a contributing member of the user experience design team, this person crafts compelling experiences that meet both business and user needs but also demonstrates a willingness to take risks, push boundaries, and act as an advocate for the user.

In addition to supporting the specific needs of your products users and focus, the Senior Product Designer is also responsible for ensuring connection points across products to create more holistic experiences.

Background/Experience Required:

An exceptional portfolio showcasing user experience and visual design work for CX journeys.
Ability to articulate design rationale and share insight into design solutions
Ability to do rapid prototyping in XD.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules.
Deep expertise of design tools, such as: Adobe CS, Adobe XD, Jira.

Skills and Qualifications

Education/Experience:

8+ years of experience working in design environments and a Bachelor's Degree in UX UI Product Design.
Bachelors Degree or higher in Human Factors, Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent is preferred.
