The Role
The CS&I Middle Office Strategic Programs team will be accountable for developing the vision and strategy across Payments.
The candidate in this role will need to work through every level of the organization soliciting views from senior leaders and executives, and supporting business unit managers.
Responsibilities
There are three key aspects to the role:
Strategy Management - Develop solutions for critical business problems, create new target operating models and create the business case needed to deliver the vision
Spearheading the strategic vision of CS&I across all Payments products.
Providing thought leadership to the group, specifically as it relates to competitive differentiation of its service offering.
Developing and communicating the strategic vision and roadmap to the wider group, and key stakeholders, in a clear and consistent manner.
Driving competitive assessments including peer to peer benchmarking and market disruptors
Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into actionable and quantitative plans with clear objectives and tangible deliverables.
Developing compelling business cases to support the multi-year planning process
Routinely working with the business™s senior executives in setting the vision and agenda of the group and working with the day-to-day planning teams in developing a clear roadmap that will realize the business™s vision.
