Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.
Duties: Design, develop and implement software development projects using industry standard object-oriented techniques, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and Software Design Patterns. Prepare programming specifications, flow charts, and detailed diagrams using MS Visio illustrating the sequence of steps for programs. Develop front- and back-end web components for the Reporting 3 application. Utilize Agile methodologies to develop short-term deliverables and work with senior management to gather business requirements. As the Scrum master, coach team members, and assist product owners with the backlog; remove roadblocks and host daily stand-up meetings. Develop creative technical solutions using Core Java and Java EE programming languages. Implement applications with Javascript based tools (AngularJS, ReactJS and NodeJS) and XML, XHTML. Design and architect systems using framework methodologies. Design, architect, and maintain databases. Create test cases for test-drive development and configure automated processes using Jenkins. Participate in the implementation and final testing phases. Design, develop, implement and test client/server and web-based applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Struts, Hibernate, Ajax, UNIX, PL/SQL, Oracle, Apache Tomcat, Eclipse IDE and Web Services. Create the technical design document for all change requests. Utilize Eclipse for development and WebLogic Application server for deployment.
Requirements: Requires a Masters degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field and three (3) years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer, Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst, Java Script UI Developer, or related position involving web development. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelors degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include: Full Software Development Life Cycle; Database Development; XML, XHTML, JavaScript and UNIX, PL/SQL, Oracle. Must have 1 year of experience with: Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Struts, Ajax, Apache Tomcat, Eclipse IDE, Web Services; AngularJs, NodeJs. ReactJs; and Scrum master.
