KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Information Protection and Awareness Training Lead to join our Global Quality & Risk Management, Information Protection organization.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop new training programs, based on highest areas of organizational risk, and collaborate with our chosen vendors to ensure creation of high-quality training and awareness products
+ Participate in regular engagement with key stakeholders in order to shape training and awareness campaigns, themes and supporting
+ Engage with KPMG member firms needing assistance with global training and awareness requirements
+ Develop and maintain a metrics framework to measure the effectiveness of the program
+ Collaborate with GLMS support teams through various stages of training development; QA of training and awareness products, roll-out, post roll-out trouble shooting
Qualifications:
+ Minimum ten years of experience with information protection or training and awareness experience within a corporate environment (global companies preferred)
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferably in Information Security) - Masters (post-graduate) degree a plus
+ Understanding of information security frameworks and controls including ISO 27000 series, working with organizational information security policies, Learning Management Systems (LMS)
+ Proven experience creating or administering training in a global organization, strong ability to multi-task, work independently within a global team
+ Demonstrate a methodical approach to work, attention to detail and delivery of high-quality results
+ Capable of strategic thinking and of moving strategic plans into action, experience managing and leading people and large-scale projects
