This role is within our **TTS** Account Services organization focused on accelerating, simplifying and digitizing bank account management solutions for our clients during the Account Opening and Account Maintenance process. As part of the Account Services transformation journey we continue to enhance our technology capabilities to allow for real-time onboarding and account maintenance capabilities such as Account changes, Signer updates and Corporate Actions.
We are seeking a Solutions Architect/ Technical Lead role to support the critical function of Account Maintenance within the eFlow application, which is part of a broader Account Services application lifecycle.
The Solutions Architect/ Technical Lead will drive and influence our Application Product design, technical strategy, and deliver technology solutions for Account Maintenance. This successful candidate should be able to present Technology solutions to senior levels of the organization, business partners and stakeholders.
The successful candidate should be highly collaborative and should be able to work closely with our business partners to understand and prioritize user stories, lead development teams and deliver solutions involving Business Process Management (BPM) technology, JavaScript, Micro Services, Java and container based cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical leadership and drive technology stack towards a simpler, distributed and agile platform
+ Coach and mentor junior staff
+ Experience with Domain Driven Design concepts in Integrations Designs. Solid understanding of the core concepts of Business Process Management (BPM)
+ Develop architecture, strategy, planning, and problem solving solutions aligned at an enterprise level.
+ Collaborate with onshore and off shore team to design and develop innovative solutions
+ Deep understanding of IBM BPM platform, infrastructure, knowledge in BPM implementation approach, architecture, SOA & process design.
+ Drive adoption of Agile and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) approach.
+ Communicate risks and guide senior managers and teams in developing highly scalable, traceable, resilient and secure solutions.
+ Lead stakeholder business and technical conversations across the organization at all levels to reach consensus
+ Depending on project scope, may be accountable for end-to-end results including such items as: Requirements, Design, Development, Trouble shooting and production implementation.
+ Engage with external vendor partners to assess product technologies and to guide their roadmap based on business requirements.
+ Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process and make strategic decisions
+ Define & evangelize best-practice integration patterns across applications
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years experience of IT leading integrated teams and architecting solutions
+ 3+ hands on experience with IBM BPM platform, Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) platforms
+ Hands on experience leading teams using Agile Methodology and should be familiar with Waterfall
+ Strong in-depth knowledge of listed technology skillset areas and a broad understanding across multiple technology disciplines
+ Database systems including RDBMS (Oracle, DB2) and Information Architecture concepts related to modeling, ETL, PL-SQL programming and data governance.
+ Java related technologies like Core JAVA, Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Batch, SOAP & Restful Services
+ Integration technologies related to JSON/REST APIs, middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) including Tibco BusinessWorks / EMS, and message protocols/formats (JMS, MQ, SOAP, JSON, XML).
+ Rules / Decision engine based tool and services including JBPM, Red Hat Apache BRMS etc
+ Software and hardware infrastructure including Linux/AIX (and/or other UNIX), Windows Server platforms
+ User interface frameworks including Angular, React, HTML5.
+ Experience with onsite/offshore development model and working with global teams across different time zones.
+ Ability to manage multiple activities and prioritization skills
+ Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
+ Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
+ Should be able to complete code reviews and guide the development team in development activities
+ IBM Business Process Management systems like BlueWorksLive, Process Designer , Integration Designer
+ J2EE architecture, development and deployment.
+ Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies.
+ Tools Knowledge: Bit bucket, GIT, JIRA, Junit, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, HP Quality Center, Cobertura, Flyway, Drools, ANT, Quartz, Team City , uDeploy etc
+ Experience in using CI/CD toolkit. Should be able to quickly pickup to the ever-changing tools in the industry.
+ Exposure to the IBM BPM migration process and experience.
