What you will be doing:
Assist in the design, development, deployment of Active Directory services & servers in accordance with best practices
Cloud and physical network security administration, including Microsoft 365 suite, Google, Cisco ISE and Azure
Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
Assist service support staff, IT Infrastructure, Security Team, Core Application & Cloud II in day-to-day activities
Provide technical support to end users, via Helpdesk requests within specified timeframes. This will be largely onsite, however, travel to branch locations will be needed on occasion
Assist in infrastructure project work, including branch relocation, closure, opening, office relocation, expansion
Document all activities via a ticket or change record
Perform monitoring and diagnostics of network and server issues
Install, configure, and upgrade server and infrastructure software
Assist in maintaining network diagrams and documentation
What we need from you:
3+ years working in a Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and print server
Active Directory Group Policy, application deployment, automation
Office 365 administration including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint End user support
VMware vCenter administration and troubleshooting
Experience with Veeam Backup and Replication administration & methodologies
Experience with VMware AirWatch Enterprise Mobility a plus
Experience with Microsoft SQL
Experience with Palo Alto, Cloudgenix, Cisco switches, Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISE, & Nutanix a plus
Experience with endpoint computing including PCs, Citrix XenApp, and VDI
Experience with CI/CD systems
Experience with DevOps
Experience with IAAC tools such as Ansible or Terraform
Experience managing Azure/Cloud IaaS, PaaS services a plus
Experienced in working Network monitoring utilities such as SolarWinds, Wireshark & etc.
1+ year working in Linux a plus
Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications a plus
Azure/Google Cloud platform core skills - Compute, storage, network, IAM, VPC, firewall rules, Load Balancer, Cloud Deployment Manager, Logging and Monitoring
Azure/Google Cloud Architecture, Engineering, DevOps, and/or Security certifications
DUO Multi-Factor Authentication configuration, administration, & troubleshooting is a plus
Background in build-out of complex network and security architectures a plus
Ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to assess a wide range of technologies including networking, applications development, and cloud and hosted environments
Good communication and collaboration skills
Degree in computer science or a similar field or relevant experience
Prior experience working in the banking industry preferred
Work From Home Requirements:
