**ROLE SUMMARY**



In keeping with Pfizer's purpose to deliver breakthroughs that change patients' lives, Biopharma Operations is responsible for enabling a transformational new Go-To-Market (GTM) model. One of the most critical drivers of this transformation is to create an industry leading end-to-end content generation and deployment team with a user centric design that delivers excellence across 83 global markets and 3 unique market categories.



As a result, a new role has been created to offer marketers and medical a hub for fit-for-purpose creative and production offerings based on the needs of the business and centralize vendor oversight. This role aims to drive consistency, efficiencies, and reduce redundancies through delivery expertise. In addition, this lead will play a key role in enhancing and operationalizing Global processes necessary to expand operations, enabling decoupled digital production and increased content reuse. This **Creative, Production, and Agency Lead** will oversee a range of content creation and production services and activities, including:



+ External Agency and vendor relationships

+ Content creation via multiple platforms (e.g., video, digital sales presentations)

+ Content Adaption and Translation

+ Coordination with distribution and in-market colleagues



Drive continuous improvements to:



+ Provide creative and production oversight and expertise

+ Coordinate with Biopharma Ops Partners, Medical Ops Partners, and Channel & Content leads behind the scenes

+ Support the design, translation, and handoff of creative and production offerings, including supporting the successful activation of all new-new capabilities performed within the Creative, Production, and Agency vertical

+ Manage service offerings on a global scale and optimize processes for maximized efficiency



This role will also work in lockstep with **Biopharma Operations Leadership,** **Senior Biopharma Leaders** , **GBS** , and **Pfizer Digital** to achieve excellence around a unified vision and model. As such, this role will help the team as Pfizer transforms all our interactions with HCP's and Patients while reporting directly to the Global Channel & Content Operations Lead.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ **Lead creative, production, and agency offerings for the Biopharma and Medical Operations fields**

+ Design and create industry leading vision for content needs

+ Support the needs of Commercial and Medical Affairs colleagues around the world as they stand up the new go-to-market model

+ Coordinate with vendors and activate strategic changes to streamline processes and maximize cost savings

+ Oversee the E2E Content creation and production, including overseeing all in-house and vendor managed production activities performed by large global teams

+ Collaborate against Biopharma Ops four fundamentals of Simplicity, Excellence, Scalability, and Efficiency

+ Collaborate with the Delivery Architect Lead, Content Operations Tools & Enablement Lead, Strategic Communications & Trainings Lead, Review & Approval Lead, and Omnichannel Lead



+ **Identify opportunities for improving content delivery Globally**

+ Streamline and scale processes across BUs with central support

+ Identify needs for innovation or operational support

+ Drive coordination of creative and production activities across regions

+ Improve quality, consistency (One Pfizer), and compliance across BUs



+ **Drive adoption of organizational efforts**

+ Standardize process for content creation and production and explore additional opportunities to consolidate overlapping activities

+ Assist in implementing new and innovative capabilities throughout the E2E content creation and production process

+ Collaborate with the Use, Review, and Approval lead to maximize acceptance rates and reduce cycle time of new content

+ Drive adoption of global reuse efforts



+ **Foster a collaborative environment**

+ Communicate with multiple markets and regions

+ Drive centralization of oversight

+ Interact with global and in-market stakeholders



**QUALIFICATIONS**



Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.



+ BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master's-level education preferred

+ 15+ years of pharmaceuticals experience in functions like marketing or operations, or comparable

+ People management and leadership experience including collaboration with cross-function teams

+ Global experience in working with different markets that span various cultures, languages, and time zones

+ Proven track record of delivering business performance

+ Demonstrated history of leading innovation/transformation

+ Drive for optimization/excellence

+ Strong vendor management skills

+ Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences

+ Track record for helping sustain strong cultures

+ Strong ability to drive collaboration and foster highly productive cross-functional relationships

+ Demonstrated agility and ability to drive program completion in expedited timelines
