This is a remote position with potential travel 2 times per year for department meetings.
As a Digital Marketing Manager you will execute and monitor our digital marketing strategy through email campaigns, social media and various online channels. You will work closely with the digital, marketing, agencies and the sales teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions and communications.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage and implement all aspects of digital strategy, digital media management, email marketing, program tracking, analytics, and reporting across the portfolio of sites, apps, and touchpoints for the Turtle & Hughes brand and our multiple service departments and branch locations.
Initiate the day-to-day planning and digital marketing strategy and translate business goals into effective campaigns.
Help implement Digital Marketing Playbook, SOPs, Project Management, Marketing ROI tracking, goal setting, and other best practices.
Create, manage, and optimize key digital lead generation channels (paid search, paid social, emerging channels).
Reports to Director of Communications.
Essential Skills
BA/BS with 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing a digital marketing initiative, including executing a robust and strategic paid strategy across all digital platforms.
Experience creating and executing email marketing program, including segmentation, testing and deployment.
Knowledge of A/B testing to improve conversion rate, program/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
Experience creating social media campaigns and other digital lead generation channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Facebooks Ad Manager (including the Facebook Catalog) is a plus.
3+ years of performance monitoring and analytics to make measurable improvements to UX, campaign execution and conversion rates from multiple digital channels.
Experience with Google Analytics, event tracking and campaign reporting. Google Analytics Certified preferred.
Strong understanding of how to develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies and tactics.
1+ years of experience with CRM: lead management, email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, etc. Salesforce and Pardot preferred.
1+ years as point of contact with vendors and external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives.
HTML/CSS preferred; Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong writing, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Electrical distributor experience a plus.
