**Job Overview**


**The Manager, Entertainment Brand Solutions, Disney Content Team is responsible for developing smart, strategic multiplatform brand solutions both proactively and in response to RFP requests as well as activating sold deals to drive revenue for the Disney content team. This role will be critical in driving new addressable marketing solutions across all Disney branded platforms on the team. Our groups responsibility is to provide the tools, resources, and marketing solutions needed to drive advertising revenue for our portfolio for all Disney Branded content which is distributed across Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney Junior, DisneyNOW and Disney Plus - across linear, digital, social platforms and experiential events. This includes the monetization of the 400+ Social and Digital handles across classic Disney IP, Pixar and Star Wars. This also includes partnering with the corporate team on creating sponsorship opportunities company initiatives such as Disney 100.**


**Responsibilities**


**Develop cross-platform (linear, digital, social etc.) solutions across the Disney content team inclusive of Disney Plus and the Kid and Family brands (Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD and DisneyNOW) including supporting on-site events such as content premieres and corporate initiatives like Disney 100.**


**Field assigned incoming RFP requests, developing smart, strategic solutions**


**Create client-facing pitch materials that detail sponsorship opportunities**


**Contribute to development of linear solutions/sponsorship strategy.**


**Work closely with executive team to identify priorities and package opportunities that drive revenue.**


**Manage execution process for deals that sell-through: timelines, approvals, production shoots, post-production, etc.**


**Lead kick-off and ongoing calls as needed**


**Manage creative approval process**


**Work with creative teams on scripts and shoot preparation**


**Manage on-set shoots client hosting, problem solving, balance brand and client creative needs etc.**


**Responsible for ensuring project elements are delivering across all platforms.**


**Oversee all post production to ensure content launches properly**


**Oversee related documentation: promotional agreements, budget management, billing, research, program recaps, etc.**


**Grow and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders across Disney Plus Marketing, Disney Branded Television (i.e., Legal, S&P, Brand Franchise, Consumer Marketing, etc.) as well as Corporate stakeholders (i.e., Walt Disney Parks, Corporate Alliances, Consumer Products, Studio, Franchise, etc.) to maximize revenue opportunities through key franchises and sales initiatives across the company.**


**Serve as a Disney/Kids & family content expert for the linear platforms for external partners and internal Disney Ad Sales colleagues**


**Serve as a strategic partner to Brand Connect, incorporating their feedback into packages providing timely responses to questions as they customize Disney solutions for specific DAS clients**


**Contribute to new and innovative ways to sell/market emerging addressable platforms social, digital (DisneyNow, YouTube)**


**Work on special projects/presentations as defined by senior management**


**Support senior managers as needed**


**Onboard and train new team coordinators (when applicable)**


**Manage all marketing budgets for the Disney Content team with the support of team coordinator**


**Preferred Qualifications**


**5+ years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment and/or media at a network, cable, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio.**


**Independent decision maker and proven work solving problems**


**Experience driving social and addressable revenue and leading implementation.**


**Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate verbal ideas into written presentations**


**Strong interpersonal skills**


**Highly organized**


**Self-motivated, pro-active and flexible**


**Strong project management/execution with multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills**


**Proven experience social and digital activations**


**Proven team player with the desire to do whatever it takes and thrives in a team culture**


**Passion for Disney content**


**Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets**


**Experience with deck creation through PowerPoint and Keynote**


**Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, mornings, weekends and/or occasional travel**


**Bachelors degree preferred**
