Overhead Door Company of Greenville, a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an experienced New Construction Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to general contractors and builders.



Responsibilities:



  • Design customized door solutions



  • Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.



  • Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software



  • Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customers needs, and sell technical and mechanical good and services.



  • Build solid, long lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory



  • Provides timely and accurate estimates and proposals.



  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily



  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements



  • Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders



  • Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)



  • Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers



  • Must possess valid drivers license



  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills



  • Other duties as assigned
