The Community Program Advisor reports to the Community Lead. They are an individual contributor who leads teams without direct authority, fulfilling a critical role in the agile matrix. They support the Community Lead in delivering value-creation by supporting book of work prioritization and providing management and grooming of the product backlog. They are responsible for guiding multiple projects in the management of their respective product backlogs and book of work delivering high-quality value-creation products.

Responsibilities include:
+ Book of work prioritization and providing management and grooming of the product backlog
+ Driving value-creation connections of deliverables for community
+ Assessing and managing cross teams and community intersections and interdependencies
+ Proactively gathering and sharing cross-community knowledge
+ Providing inspiration and feedback to community members
+ Ensuring quality of deliverables
+ Participating in iteration demos / reviews
+ Providing input on team member development and performance to Capability Leaders and Managers
+ Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to define metrics to measure success
+ Consulting and advising internal L&D partners by influencing strategic functional decisions
+ Provide business consultation and support to designated business leaders and stakeholders as defined by Community Lead.

Requirements:
+ Minimum of 5 years Learning Advisory experience, preferred
+ Minimum of 2 years Agile experience, preferred
+ Agile Product Owner Certification, required
+ Proven skills influencing across multiple levels in the organization to drive successful outcomes
+ Ability to challenge the way we do things to improve the experiences of our business partners and colleagues and deliver results more collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently
+ A team player. Someone who embraces and promotes collaboration opportunities and recognizes that the GCB Learning team can only be as good as its team members collectively
