Join a team of specialists that provide program analysis, process\rimprovement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with the Integrated\rprogram team to develop program plans, create cost and schedule baselines for\rlarge complex programs across multiple sites. You will recommend improvement\ractions for process and tool implementation and will interact with global\rprogram management Team, Business leaders and customers. You will coach and\rmentor Project Analysts with less experience to improve their skills and\rcapabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or Support the Development of Initial Program Baselines
Prepare and Analyze Cost Report Data
EAC Management on Assigned Programs
Lead or Support to Compliant Baseline Change Management
Ensures Cost and Schedule Integration
Proactively and Effectively Communicates with Integrated Product Team and Customers
Assist with identifying root cause and impact analysis. Recommend corrective actions
Improve processes
Mentor Other Program Team Members
MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree
4+ years€™ experience EVM (Earned Value Management)
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
WE VALUE
Degree in Business, Math, Finance or Economics or related field
Experience as Business Analyst
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
User experience of SAP system
Proficient Microsoft Office package skills e.g., Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management
Project Management certification
Cost Reporting Generation: CPR, IPMR, IPMDAR, CFSR
External Integrated Master Schedule Reporting: Microsoft Project, SSI Tool
