The primary objective of the role is to support initiatives across Markets that will enhance employee experience at work, and business effectiveness through process improvement, culture change, and business transformation.


**Key Responsibilities**

Formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects

Build and manage stakeholder relationships (both internal and external), communicating consistent updates as needed (bi-weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly) on the active and requested initiatives

Manage conflicts, recognize risks, and employ mitigation tactics to ensure successful program execution

Oversee the successful transition from product launch to ongoing operational support (i.e., transition management back to the business)

Identify opportunities to share and leverage best practices and processes cross-functionally

Partner with business and function managers to identify and drive projects for optimization

Provide project management training Waterfall or Agile to groups without this knowledge

Manage projects using JIRA


Knowledge and Experience:

Knowledge of Markets Products and expertise (Fixed Income Currencies & Commodities and Equities), and Client teams (Financial Institutions and Corporates)

Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position

Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods

Able to use and pull reports from JIRA


**Skills and Competencies:**

Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment

Project management / business analysis skills; ability to gain consensus among staff and drive initiatives to completion effectively

Verbal and written communication skills, to effectively produce procedural documentation

Problem solving skills; pragmatic approach to ensure limited resources are directed appropriately


**Education:**

Bachelors/University degree

PMP, PMI-ACP or Prince2 Preferred
