In this role you will play an important role as you provide administrative and project support to the Sr. Global Manager of Imaging Services and the Imaging Services Team for TAVR and Congenital Therapies.


You will have the opportunity to lend your talent by demonstrating your ability to be detailed, organized, and flexible while supporting multiple projects and delivering on project timelines. This position will be involved in cross functional assignments and will communicate across departments to ensure objectives of projects are met. Flexibility for longer hours during classroom training may be needed. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and initiative in driving projects to completion.


This role will be remote based in Minnesotawith minimal travel requirements.

**A Day in the Life**


_Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned._


+ Organize and maintain all department files and documents including PowerPoint presentations, forms, trainings, etc.

+ Responsible for content management of all shared department content (SharePoint, OneDrive, Allego)

+ Creation of training agendas, materials, resource guides/handouts, etc.; ensure updates are conducted in a timely manner

+ Coordination of all attendees, facilitators, and presenters

+ Order and maintain training supplies as needed

+ Ensure all training spaces are set up and ready for learners

+ Ensure assessments, surveys and tests are formatted, delivered, and tracked accordingly

+ Attend trainings and assist facilitators and attendees as needed

+ Assist in travel and logistics for both internal and external stakeholders, including international travel

+ Works with cross-functional departments and stakeholders as needed to ensure project completion

+ Manage daily tracking of Imaging Services incoming cases in CoreValve connect, communicate urgent cases to imaging team, and update tracking document frequently throughout the day

+ Proactively takes meeting notes for meetings, conference calls; distributes to team accordingly

+ Key resource to ensure the team can navigate internal MDT systems to execute projects in a timely fashion

+ Assist Sr. Manager and Imaging Program Lead with budget tracking, reports on expenses (internal and external) to ensure department objectives are met


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ High School Diploma or equivalent


+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Medtronic experience preferred

+ Bachelors degree preferred

+ Strong Communication skills: Communicates effectively internally and externally

+ Computer skills: Office, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365: OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint

+ Preferred operating knowledge of Medtronic systems and programs (eCATS, EAU, FFTI, site builder, Siebel, One Source-POs, U-Ship, IT Ordering, Badge Requests, etc.)

+ Independent thinker and highly self-motivated

+ Good prioritization and organization skills with attention to detail

+ Experience working with cross functional teams

+ Understands the sales/customer interface and works to ensure maximizing all customer engagement opportunities
