The Network Management & Resilience Manager will be responsible for managing Network relationships across payment networks (existing & new) to ensure resilience in Citis retail payments. Citis Retail Payments team manages payments across business lines including Personal Banking, Citigold, Citigold Private Clients, Citi Private Bank and Small Business. The team is organized into 3 groups namely Core Payments, Instant Payments & Debit Cards. This role will be reporting to the Retail Payments Head and supporting the 3 groups within the team. The opportunities and challenges for retail payments in the next 18-24 months are immense and this role will help Retail Payments become more effective in achieving improved performance.


**Responsibilities**


+ Focus on building systematic governance around network changes and network compliance requirements

+ Drive Strategic engagement through with existing payment network partnerships and engage and explore new payment network relationships

+ Partner with internal partners TTS, Digital, Tech in driving feature development, payment enhancements and improving resilience of existing infrastructure support

+ Work closely with Core Payments, Instant Payments and Debit Cards team leads to support new feature and product approval process

+ Identify emerging risks, develop strategies to manage such risks, and coordinate governance around payments risk management

+ Find opportunities for efficiency improvement in delivering payments across Client segments (PB, CG/CPC, CPB, SB)

+ Make recommendations to payment strategy based on regulatory changes, competition, consumer trends and market research


**Qualifications**


+ Minimum of 8+ years of experience in payments, governance, payment Networks

+ Payment Risk Management and project management experience is a plus

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a senior audience with the ability to take the lead in broad cross-functional groups

+ High self-motivation and willingness to learn and adapt in an agile environment
