The Enterprise Capital Management Technology (ECMT) team within Finance Technology consists of high performing individuals who collaborate with Enterprise Capital Management in Treasury to deliver technology solutions that calculate key Capital measures such as Risk-Weighted Assets, Loss Given Default and Exposure at Default, allowing for efficient and prudent management of Capital at the total bank level as well as for critical legal entities and reporting to lines of business.



ECMT platform is being redesigned so it meets the growing needs of users, senior management & regulators while ensuring the platform is modernized with the latest technologies.



We are looking a Senior Developer with a strong background in object-oriented development and design pattern use, help build the platform that consists of 3 new products.



The candidate will contribute to the software development lifecycle of products and services from inception stage through to the final implementation.



**Role Overview:**



We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team to lead the build of one or more new products. This is a greenfield project that requires meticulous execution to replace multiple applications within Treasury Technology. These applications will also house some critical regulatory programs such as Basel IV, & FRTB. The candidate will drive implementation of Key Features using Lean Agile methodology.



The role requires:



+ Support application development teams with Enterprise Change methodology, processes, deliverables, etc.

+ Assist with Agile related routines (including but not limited to Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and support the active management and disposition of decisions, issues and risks. This facilitation is expected to leverage core BAC tools, including SharePoint, JIRA, etc.

+ Understand and make connections throughout the Treasury technology process to ensure roadblocks and impediments are removed.

+ Communicate, influence, and negotiate to obtain agreement between partners and escalating items, when needed, to ensure execution activities remain on track.

+ Represent the application development team in various Agile, governance and status related forums.



**Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:**



+ Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, teambuilding, and influencing skills

+ Agile Scrum experience

+ Expertise in Standard Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) SDLC

+ Analytical experience ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions, issue resolution, risk mitigation and avoidance

+ Skilled experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (JIRA), Microsoft Office. Intermediate Word. Intermediate Excel.



**Desired Skills and Experience we are Looking For:**



+ Experience in large scale Java/J2EE and Python based applications/environments.

+ Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated, innovative, able to adapt to priority changes and work hours.

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

+ Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

**Jersey City pay range:**



$89,200 - $137,700

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
