The Big Picture:
Mortenson's Data Center Group is looking for a Senior Integrated Construction Coordinator to implement and coordinate Virtual Design and Construction processes throughout design and construction phases of a project.
Education and Experience:
*Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field
*Minimum two years of related experience
*Completion of intermediate level of BIM/VDC software training
*Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
*Microsoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level
*Current driver's license

What will you be doing?
Plan, implement and Coordinate VDC processes through appropriate technology platforms
*May include, but is not limited to, Mortenson BIM/VDC uses: existing conditions modeling, cost estimation, phase planning (4D), site analysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, 3D coordination, site utilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication, 3D control planning and record modeling.
*Provide point of contact for construction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phases of construction
*Document work process as it relates to enhancing and/or changing current company process standards
All other duties as assigned
*Assist in training on VDC processes
*All integrated construction team members are expected to be active participants in Mortenson's IDAT (Integrated Delivery Advancement Team) community of practice' Knowledge sharing
*Daily work planning
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
How you will succeed:
*High level of competency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu
*Proficiency with Autodesk BIM 360 Field and Glue, 3DS Max, Civil 3D, Point Layout, Faro Scene, Google Earth Pro, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
*Familiarity with the following workflows and solutions is preferred but not required; game engine technologies (Unity, Unreal, Lumion 3D), Parametric Analysis solutions (Dynamo, Grasshopper, Solibri), basic key frame animation, 2D/3D rendering capabilities, 2D/3D post production capabilities
*Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
