**ROLE SUMMARY**

+ INLYTA is a critical brand for Pfizer and Pfizer Oncology and the current market leader for 1L aRCC.

+ The treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a dynamic and exciting space that is seeing a major transformation in patient care and outcomes. 2022 will be no exception, with additional competition expected in late 2022 and into 2023.



+ This role will be responsible for the development and advancement of key HCP brand strategies focusing on Media, Omnichannel Strategy, and other field enablement. The role would also support Patient strategies and tactics.



+ This role will report to the U.S. Team Lead for RCC/IO portfolio and work with the RCC Marketing Team.

+ This position requires strong strategic, analytical and execution skills, interpersonal and communication skills and agility to learn and work across multiple stakeholders.



**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Support development of commercial strategy and tactical execution to drive continued market leadership in partnership with the RCC marketing team

+ Lead HCP media strategy and execution, including optimizing media mix and securing key placements in partnership with Media agency and development of promotional assets (banners, journal ads, etc). Partner with P2P Marketing Lead to coordinate third party programs.

+ Execute HCP omnichannel strategy, including management of HCP website, CRM campaign, and integration of digital and CFC tactics

+ Support additional field execution/enablement activities as needed

+ Lead Patient initiatives, including management of patient website, CRM program, and other educational/support materials (including videos, patient app, & starter kits). Partner with Patient Advocacy team and support execution of a patient steering committee.

+ Support development of brand's tactical plan

+ Serve as SSCG Media agency lead

+ Work with analytics colleagues to understand performance trends, identify opportunities for the portfolio. Develop and monitor key metrics to measure strategy and brand access; optimize as needed.

+ Coordinate and align work across cross-functional and marketing colleagues, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic and tactical alignment and execution

+ Assist in additional pan-RLIO Projects

+ Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.



**QUALIFICATIONS**



+ BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred

+ 3-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience

+ Previous in-line US/global Marketing experience preferred

+ Strong project management skills, including ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

+ Ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical, executable level to drive brand success

+ Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and create concrete and actionable plans

+ Strong team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with experts from cross-functional areas

+ Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management, including negotiation skills

+ Proven track record of synthesizing complex information and distilling critical customer insights

+ High-energy, proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create and innovate

+ Detail and action oriented; strong analytical skills

+ Strong influence skills

+ Demonstrated ability to manage advertising and other agencies to produce communications that impact business performance
