Job Description
This is a commissioned sales position on Team Amazon - a tightly knit high energy, highly achieving team which likes to have fun while winning. In this joint Senior Field Sales Engineer and Field Application Engineer role, you will be responsible for managing the growing networking business' at the world's leading CSP.
Successful candidate responsibilities include:
Developing deep trusted relationships with AWS leading spanning both technical and business related workstreams
Responsible for understanding the business use case and technical merits of a solution and influencing the customers purchasing decision.
Influencing Silicon Photonics and Ethernet business units to gain needed support and alignment to meet AWS' needs
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Network Edge Group (NEX)
Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quota
Winning next-generation designs and maximize inclusion of Intel technologies
Directly negotiates pricing and sales terms with AWS procurement teams, delivering long term win/win results for both Intel and the customer
A successful candidate will demonstrate:

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or any similar/related field.
5+ years of work experience in one or more of the following areas: Optics, Optical transceivers, Network switching systems Datacenter networking.
Preferred Qualifications:
6-8+ years or technical Sales experience
Previous experience working with large cloud service providers
