Technical Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst/Test Automation Architect of a scaled agile team actively participates in on various aspects of software development, integration, and E2E testing in a CI/CD environment.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for devising strategy for agile testing in a complex integrated & virtualized testing environment.
+ Coach various technical & non-technical teams/organizations on the importance of unit testing, continuous integration testing, and E2E quality testing throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Ensure teams achieve 100% of feasible automation test coverage including edge/borderline/negative by leveraging industry leading best practices.
+ Build and implement processes & standards for continuous improvement of the applications, systems, and collaboration.
**Qualifications:**
**Minimum**
5+ years of experience in software automation development using JUnit, JMeter, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.
5+ years of experience in writing unit tests using automated TDD/BDD, E2E test suites for all components.
5+ years of experience in using tools such as JIRA, ALM, Confluence, Zephyr, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
5+ years of experience in using Java.
Bachelors degree, or comparable experience.
**Preferred**
10+ years of experience in technology development lifecycle and applications deployment.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills are required.
