Enterprise Cloud Platforms Team:



Enterprise Cloud Platforms team in the CTI organization offers Private and Public Cloud platforms for Bank of Americas developers to drive faster time-to-market, innovation with private and public cloud capabilities, and reduce complexity with built-in integrations. We believe in high quality engineering culture to engineer our platforms with customer and platform mindset, design for large enterprise scale and resilience, and accelerate market innovation into the technical platforms we deliver.



As part of this team, you will have a large impact on the evolution of next generation Cloud services for Bank of America and explore an extensive list of new technologies that will drive innovation across our company.



We are looking for an Engineering leader to deliver PaaS and Container orchestration platforms in Private and Public Clouds to accelerate developer productivity and accelerate market innovation into the platforms. This team will be responsible for highly available, secure and scalable Kubernetes based container orchestration platforms across different infrastructure platforms.



Key Responsibilities:



+ Lead engineering team that is passionate about Cloud and responsible for PaaS container platform

+ Design and deliver scalable PaaS container (Kubernetes based) platforms for stateless and stateful workloads

+ Drive market innovation into the platforms by working with partners and vendors

+ Collaborate with technical product management, Operations, and application developments to drive the engineering roadmap in Agile model

+ Partner with Information Security teams to engineer secure app patterns into Cloud platforms

+ Provide thought leadership to Cloud and Global Technology teams

+ Partner with risk, and compliance teams to bring visibility and implement right controls and policies in the Cloud Platform

+ Hire, grow, and mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to Cloud engineering teams



Required Skills



+ Extensive experience with leading engineering teams in Cloud-native technologies

+ Strong experience in containers and Kubernetes based container orchestration technologies

+ Strong experience in building large scale distributed enterprise platforms with focus on performance, scale, security, and reliability

+ Strong experience in cloud-native network, storage, and virtualization technologies

+ Proven track record of developing scalable enterprise solutions

+ Experience with containers related technologies and CICD tools Jenkins, pipelines, container repos, etc.

+ Experience in infra-automation tools Ansible, Java, python, etc.

+ Experience in PaaS logging, monitoring, and observability tools such as fluentD, Prometheus, Splunk, etc.

+ Experience in DevOps and GitOps models with infra-as-code, config-as-code, policy-as-code

+ Experience with on-premises based Private Cloud and Public Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud

+ Experience in working in and managing Agile scrum teams

+ Operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities

+ Demonstrated excellence in organizational, leadership, communication, coaching, and troubleshooting skills

+ Experience in ArgoCD, Tekton, and K-native technologies -

+ Experience in Openshift - Experience in managed Kubernetes services such as AKS, EKS, or GKE

**Jersey City pay range:**



$127,400 - $190,000

annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
