Sr. Electrical Engineering Manager
\r\r
Work with a motivate, talented maintenance engineering team responsible for one of Honeywell's largest chemical production facilities. You will leverage your technical experience and skills to help guide the team in the investigation and solution of challenging technical problems. You will use your leadership abilities to motivate and energize teams that are designing new, or modifying existing processes while using advanced standards, methodologies, and tools.

Ensure robust processes

Strategy development

Resource management in dynamic environment

Involvement with front end scoping to assure adherence to plant standards and installation details

YOU MUST HAVE
\r\r
\r\t
Bachelor€™s Degree in Engineering
\r
\r\r
WE VALUE

\r\t
Experience with electrical systems from 13.8 KV up to 480V
\r\t
Knowledge of switchgears, motor starters, transformers, capacitor banks, VFD€™s, and electric motors
\r\t
Ability to aid the controls team for the design, programming, and troubleshooting of PLC€™s.
\r\t
Experience with ac/dc motors, automation, and other industrial equipment
\r\t
Proven track record leading teams to successful project delivery
\r\t
Track record of improving team performance and work practice through team coaching
\r\t
Leaders who consistently make sound and timely judgments inambiguous environment
\r\t
Willingness to raise standards each year to drive organizational excellence
\r\t
Solid knowledge of specific product and process technologies or broad knowledge of multiple product and process technologies
