The Sr. Manager, Account Operations: Deployment will be responsible for the preparation, development, and management of SEA Customer Account Team Operation for Deployment. This includes reviewing revenue forecast and cost expenditures, as well as making creative recommendations on how to execute project and management of funds. Will drive process innovation and consistency throughout all markets to ensure efficiency is achieved thru effective management. Will have complete end to end responsibility of management of Quotes/Purchase Order/Invoicing/Billing which includes project set up, validating cost and revenue drivers, ensuring schedules are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved. Continuous interaction with executive management to ensure team is knowledgeable of current projects and potential risks and associated opportunities. Will interact with customers to ensure there is a meeting of the minds in regards to projects schedule, requirements, and funding.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage phases of organization and operating budgets, including budget preparation, formulation, presentation, execution, and financial management policy
Develop, recommend and implement sound budget policies and financial procedures to enhance the fiscal oversight of funds. Lead matrix organization to ensure we capture all customer change requests. This includes managing sales, service operations, engineering, and finance
Set up of all projects to track schedule, quality, and Profit & Loss. Close finished projects to ensure no additional costs are observed and that all anticipated revenue is achieved
Prepare and present monthly updates on all projects to executive management
Develop process innovations and headquarters or internal company process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies
Be an integral part of defining requirements of financial system to support services
Skills and Experience:
Bachelors Degree and 12+ years financial and operational management experience required Telecommunication (preferably Wireless) Project Management experience required
Must have significant experience with project set-up, project execution, and financial management of complex business arrangements and agreements
Must have experience working with senior management Experience in telecommunications industry required; construction management preferred
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have solid skills using Word and Outlook and have the capacity to learn/use proprietary process tools
Must have intermediate skill in Excel and PowerPoint
Any use of external analytical tool or writing Macro code is a plus
