**About the Team**
Global Public Affairs seeks to enhance and protect the reputation of Citi, its businesses and the brand through direct and indirect communication with Citi's various stakeholders, including our colleagues. The Business and Corporate Communications team is a nimble team in Global Public Affairs that covers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from Executive communications and public engagements to quarterly earnings and corporate reputation programs as well as communications that support our lines of business. The nature of the work provides a dynamic environment where members of the team serve as company spokespeople to media, drive engagement with colleagues and develop external and internal digital communications for a global workforce of more than 200,000 colleagues. Within Citi, the team works with many internal partners, including senior leadership, and regularly coordinates closely with other members of the Global Public Affairs team across the world.

**About the Role**
The Digital Channels Senior Manager will be a key member of the Digital Channels team and will help manage high-visibility work that supports partners across the organization. The Digital Channels team manages important digital communications channels, including Citis global intranet platform, corporate internet site, internal email marketing platforms, communication mobile apps, and site search capabilities. The Digital Channel Senior Manager will lead the digital strategy and, in tandem with Corporate Communications, the daily operations of Citis global corporate internet site and communication mobile apps. This role requires close collaboration with colleagues in areas including Public Affairs, Investor Relations, Human Resources, Legal, and Technology. The Digital Channels Senior Manager reports to the Director of Digital Channels.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Lead global channel-management execution for **Citigroup.com** (and its associated content management system), including delivery of the roadmap, evolving user experience, defining requirements, testing enhancements, etc.
+ In partnership with Communications, Investor Relations, Recruiting, Marketing, align experience and content to meet the needs of stakeholders including clients, investors, the media, career seekers, and employees.
+ Ensure Citigroup.com meets technical requirements for search engine optimization (SEO) and provide guidance on how to optimize content for search using site monitoring tools.
+ Partner with Digital Analytics Senior Manager to develop and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). The Digital Channels Senior Manager will use quantitative/qualitative insights to drive decisions, measure success and encourage positive change within the organization.
+ Own global internet governance framework in partnership with the regions.
+ Maintains competitive analysis for direct and indirect competitors, ensuring the internet site provides a modern, best in class experience to visitors.
+ Tracks and prioritize project work in partnership with key stakeholders and according to the roadmap.
+ Supports feature development at all levels, inclusive of a clear vision and scope, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and requirements.
+ Partners closely with Communications leadership and teams to inform and advise on both ongoing communications work and areas of opportunity.
+ Lead the communications mobile strategy, including exploration and implementation of Microsoft 365 apps and custom developed apps focused on digital communications. Drives key opportunities to distribute Citi news and information via mobile devices.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, technology or related field.
+ 8+ years of relevant work experience, within a global company or agency highly preferred.
+ In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital communications platforms, apps, trends, tools and technologies.
+ Knowledge of common web/mobile technologies, infrastructure, or web/mobile development.
+ Ability to analyze large sets of data and provide recommendations. Experience with measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, OpinionLab, etc.
+ Excellent communication skillswritten, spoken, and listeningwith ability to explain and interpret complex issues clearly, to technical and non-technical audiences, up and down the organization with data to support your POV.
+ Ability to understand moments that matter to visitors and shape solutions that fit their needs.
+ Track record of success in delivering high-quality work in a global, fast-paced and dynamic environment with both local and regional colleagues.
+ Ability to work well under pressure with a strong record of sound decision making, including during times of crisis.
