**Job Description:**



The Access Management Team is the first point of contact for Access provisioning/de-provisioning across Banking and Finance Production services. They are responsible for addressing client and business partner inquiries related to access, GIS mandates and deliverables. They are responsible for processing access requests and updates for supported applications. Additionally they provide critical revocation monitoring . All these functions are time bound and must be completed within specific SLA's. In order to maintain consistent SLA adherence within the process we require a replacement to maintain sufficient resource capacity to meet the demand.



Position Summary



The Application Access Security (AAS) Team is the first point of contact for Access provisioning/de-provisioning across Banking Production services. The team delivers centralized security access management for supported applications and their processes, by provisioning system access, maintaining E2E request process, and resolving issues or requests related to supported applications. The team is responsible for addressing client and business partner inquiries related to access, adhering to GIS mandates and deliverables providing Governance oversight and implementing adequate quality and controls around the processes utilized.



The Access Management specialist is responsible for providing end to end management of application access services, that includes granting, modifying, revoking access, performing initial triage of access issues, handling of escalation and ensures closure as required. Daily routine will require that they possess the ability to process access requests for diverse applications spread across various technologies within service level requirements and pursue root cause and problem resolution follow-ups.



Some tasks include but not limited to:



+ Performs userid administration access Provisioning / de- Provisioning (additions, modifications, deletions) for applications.

+ Following established written procedures, guidelines and techniques, the analyst receives, categorizes, prioritizes and handles requests for software applications that support business units or support functions

+ Fully competent to work under general direction on complex projects usually on specific assigned problems, receiving guidance and direction from more SMEs or manager, as needed.

+ Adheres to Enterprise Information Security, compliance, regulations, and IAM standards & guidelines through all tasks

+ Manage information, processes and relationships to derive simple solutions with a focus on risk management and mitigation

+ have basic knowledge of the various IAM mandates and deliverables in order to adequately consult with LOB partners, explain the options available to them and gather their requirements for implementing those services

+ Identify opportunities to drive operational efficiencies & productivity savings through process improvement and automation

+ Perform periodic review of existing written procedures and exercise judgment to identify gaps for updates subject to the review of SMEs or Team Mangers

+ Perform annual application maintenance reviews for supported applications through ARM

+ Provide consultative guidance to clients and internal business partners on best practices and implementation recommendations

+ Awareness of business or function for which application is designed and impact if access is not available

+ Effective communication and documentation of issues including those with business/client and technical impact

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
