As a Technical Delivery Lead for the Conflicts program within Compliance Technology, you will be responsible for leading a multi-year implementation program. You will drive project lead activities along with your collaborators, coordinate requirements gathering, provide technical architecture/design guidance, system integration specifications and drive delivery with an excellent technical team. In addition to leading the application development team, as the delivery lead you will interact with the Product Owners & Change Managers from Compliance to define delivery roadmaps, key achievements, highlight risks, and partner with other IT teams within the program. As a technical lead, you will be encouraging a culture of good coding practices and continuous learning model to increase efficiency.
