**Responsibilities:**
+ Provides input to decisions regarding agency selection, development of creative assets, channel testing strategy
+ Understands and works with/within business partners, marketing budget, agency and vendor relationships.
+ Supports leadership on assigned campaigns and tracks data to assist in acquisition forecasting and performance reporting for campaigns; works closely and updates to the regional team
+ Works collaboratively with team to achieve campaign and business goals
+ Supports campaign management and execution across existing programs and improves the digital communication efficiently
+ Optimizes creative, messaging and acquisition landing pages to generate business results tied to key performance indicators
+ Ensures quality assurance in ad copies, landing pages, and sitelinks pre and post launch
+ Gathers data to ensure quality assurance and record retention as per the process manual as required for business audit on a quarterly basis
+ Utilizes reporting to ensure key performance indicators are efficiently met week over week/ month over month
+ Stays abreast of industry trends to develop ongoing subject matter expertise in the digital acquisition/online media and marketing space.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5-10 years of experience running marketing or digital campaigns for a large global organization
+ Expert knowledge in digital media including paid/ owned channels and social media
+ Experience in web traffic (Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, etc.) and personalization/testing platforms (Adobe Target) tools
+ Strong understanding of martech/adtech stacks tools and capabilities necessary to work with big data across the organization
+ Asia market experience necessary

+ Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
