The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the development and production for all email initiatives and campaigns. This role will include writing, layout, scheduling, and delivery of email campaigns. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (in office/remote).
Essential Functions:
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Develop, create, and execute on strategic email marketing campaigns.
Assist with writing and editing of email content, including subject lines, body copy, and call to actions.
Schedule, upload, and manage email deployments in a timely manner.
Manage email lists including duplications, segmentations, imports, updates, and opt-outs.
Collaborate with Global Marketing team on email best practices, design, optimization, and testing.
Coordinate and communicate directly with stakeholders and Marketing team members regarding email details, status, and other pertinent information.
Identify solutions and areas of improvement within our awareness and lead generation campaigns.
Develop and schedule A/B testing strategies.
Ongoing optimization of project management processes and SLAs.
Ensure all conditions are in place for the successful deployment and delivery of expected outcomes.
Introduce industry best practices and streamline email campaigns.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience managing an email marketing program or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Competencies:
Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation systems.
Experience and knowledge of email design, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Able to manage and track multiple email campaigns simultaneously.
