KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Ethics & Compliance to join our Policy, Training & Engagement Division of Ethics & Compliance team.


Responsibilities:


+ Assume a key role in helping to carry out a multi-year training and communications strategy that supports a high-quality ethics and compliance program; develop courses that are foundational to ethical decision-making, ethical leadership and ethical culture in connection with regulatory settlements, as well as other courses to be developed and deployed in connection with enterprise risk management or ethical risk assessment findings and remediation

+ Bring a strategic perspective to the ongoing evaluation and development of learning paths that include specific concentrations of elective courses that further knowledge and skills for the ethics and integrity learning portfolio: Trust; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Ethics & Technology and other concentrations under consideration

+ Evaluate and manage courses that are being developed by stakeholders in E&C, Legal Regulatory & Compliance, Culture, Human Resources, Risk Management, Information Protection and other areas where there is a shared goal to align with the multi-year ethics training strategy

+ Maintain and enhance the relationships with colleagues in the Audit, Tax and Advisory practices, as well as each of the Business Process Groups, to ensure the effective development and delivery of practice-based ethics training courses

+ Track the robust inventory of ethics, legal, regulatory or compliance courses that have been required or offered to firm partners and employees for purposes of internal or external legal or regulatory requests for such information

+ Manage requests for both local office ethics training programs and content that client service delivery teams can use for ethics training programs requested by firm clients


Qualifications:


+ Minimum fifteen years of recent experience in building trusted relationships, problem solving and a proven record of managing multiple projects with critical deadlines; bachelors degree from an accredited university

+ Demonstrated ability to role model ethical leadership and set a standard for ethics and integrity in the firm

+ Ability to identify relevant behaviors and competencies related to ethical decision-making, ethical leadership and ethical culture

+ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of high-quality deliverables

+ Excellent verbal and written communication and training facilitator skills

+ Ability to manage others in both direct and dotted reporting lines to ensure the success of the team, ongoing projects and individuals

+ Ability to demonstrate a committment to driving diversity, equity and inclusion at the group, enterprise, industry or community level
