The Sales Support Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Good communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assists Clients and IMs with technical specifications and expertise for new or maintenance implementations.
+ May include one-on-one support, assisting with client calls, etc.
+ Handles, or assists with, complex implementations
+ Serves as first point of contact for escalated technical issues on implementations
+ Coordinates with specific product technical support groups in resolving implementation issues
+ Work son new product rollouts from an implementation and technical perspective
+ Aids in the development of processes and procedures
+ Provides new hire product implementation training and process change training for the CMIU team
+ Works and leads implementations with the sales products
+ Provides timely, complete and accurate updates to various weekly metrics reports and product tracking information for implementations assigned
+ Successfully completess all compliance, product, and other training required by management
+ Participates in product and other training opportunities recommended by management
+ Involvement in designated projects such as new or updated product roll-outs, process improvement meetings or other areas relevant to the team
+ Contributes to the team through sharing knowledge, recommending process improvements, and supporting day-to-day activities
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Summary Due Diligence Perform due diligence for Receivables Purchase (RP) clients by reviewing seller and buyer documentation such as sales ledgers, aging record, payment record in order to assess the applicability and issues of the factor buyers. Credit Insurance Limit Management Obtain credit limits and liaise with credit insurance companies for prospect and existing clients. Maintenance Update internal insurance record and ensure all insurance limits record is updated promptly in the banks central repository. Servicing Provide guidance and reply enquiries from internal and external stakeholders on RP product related issues in order to ensure smooth running of the RP process. Administration and Document Preparation Perform incoming billing settlement with insurance companies and prepare unfunded client documentation. Due Diligence (DD) Responsibilities in relation to due diligence of new and existing clients include: Engage in checking, extract, verify information available in order to assess the applicability of the product and whether deficiency or findings in documentation or process which might affect factorability of offering the product. Provide guidance to RM/ Sales on findings as identified during the DD process; work with RM/Sales on rectification actions, such as SHI setting, so as to ensure smooth on-boarding process for new clients. Escalate rectification actions as necessary of existing RP clients. Perform adhoc DD for new additional debtor of existing RP clients. Ensure regular annual / bi-yearly / quarterly DD is performed for existing RP clients as required by Credit. Credit Insurance Limit Management Responsibilities in relation to credit insurance limit management include: Process new buyer limit applications with insurance companies. Upon receiving credit limit requests from RM/Sales, ensure sufficient information is provided for application with insurance companies. Track status of credit applications and follow up pending applications on regular basis. Seek special approval request and perform limit appeal with insurance companies when required. Manage multiple-sellers insurance coverage on single buyer credit insurance limit approval. Update application status and ensure approval decisions from insurance companies are promptly updated. Maintenance Responsibilities in relation to maintenance include: Update and ensure insurance limits amendments, cancellation, reduction or increment are promptly reflected from the banks repository. Keep track insurance limit expiry date and ensure such limit renewal is duly performed. Ensure insurance approved name, address, payment terms and limit condition (if any) are recorded in the banks repository. Handle adhoc requests from RM/Sales for reviewing and modifying special handling instruction (SHI) due to change in billing procedures Servicing Responsibilities in relation to servicing include: Provide guidance and reply queries from RM on handling referrals as raised by Trade Ops
Coordinate with insurance company, Trade Ops, RM on late invoice submission and insurance declaration matters Handle adhoc enquiries from all factored buyers by email and phone e.g. monthly statement reconciliation Reply queries from clients on completion of RP application form (Notice of Receivables) and documents to be submitted for RP processing. Issue cancellation notice and duly inform Credit and RM/Sales on insurance limit cancellation Liaise with client and RM/Sales on long overdue transactions. Follow up with Liquidation team for bills settlement when needed. The purpose is to monitor timely settlement of long overdue transactions. Administration and Client Document Preparation Responsibilities in relation to administration and document preparation include: Prepare RP documents to client and buyer for unfunded RP client. Follow up DHL delivery status and ensure buyer receipt of DHL delivery. Handle monthly billing settlement from insurance companies via P2P platform Assist in preparing incentive report and check RP utilization of respective divisions
