**Job Description:**



Primary responsibility of Document Administration III In-Line QA



Specialist is to perform a Quality Assurance Review of routine to highly



complex closing and supporting documentation in accordance with Bank



policies and procedures while interfacing with Closing Specialist to



identify and communicate opportunities to ensure lien perfection.



Quality Assurance is performed on 100% of all documents which include



but not limited to Loan Estimates, Early RESPA Disclosures, Closing



Disclosures and Settlement Fee Sheets in a timely manner based on



regulatory guidelines. Reviews and validates interest rates, loan terms,



amortization schedules, and APR. Verifies accuracy on Collateral



Documents prepared by Doc Prep Attorneys and internally by Closers



which include but not limited to the Note, Mortgage, Appraisal,



Residential Loan Application, Purchase contract, Construction contract,



HOI Insurance, and Taxes.



**Required Skills** : Must have these skills to be minimally qualified.



Minimum four years residential real estate closing experience preferably in a high-net-worth environment.



Computer proficiency including high comfort level with Microsoft office product suite.



Detail Oriented - Strong written and verbal communications skills.



Self-motivated and highly organized.



Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Flexibility to work extended hour during heavy workload periods. - Teamwork skills a must.



**Desired Skills** :



Knowledge of conventional guidelines



Knowledge of TRID regulatory requirements



Knowledge in area of Loan Processing and Closing
