AMA is looking for Learning Solutions Project Managers (LSPM) who will project-manage the development and delivery of AMA training solutions & engagements.
Responsibilities
Project-manage AMA client engagements and product (seminar, webinar, e-learning assets, etc.) launches
Create and execute project management plans
Source and manage external resources, i.e., Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, Learning Content Developers and Facilitators/Faculty
Source and manage internal resources/teams, i.e., Learning Solutions Managers/Associates, Learning Technologies, Services & Logistics, Sales
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with staff from various functional departments
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate stakeholders, providing frequent contact on project status and changes
Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure adherence to project requirements
Occasionally participate in business development activities including pre-sales meetings and needs analysis with clients and Sales
Support digital marketing events, such as webcasts and webinars
Other related duties
Qualifications
BA/BS degree required, advanced degree is preferred
5+ years project management experience required
Project Management Professional (PMP) credential holders preferred
Proficient managing projects using a project management tool
2+ years experience managing learning projects preferred
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
Excellent communication skills, including writing and presenting
Ability to adapt to changing needs and react quickly
Ability to problem-solve and make strategic decisions
Strong Business Acumen
Travel in according with business needs
