We provide clients with dynamic information, tools, and APIs to effectively manage their portfolios, financial positions, working capital and supply chains.
Liquidity Management Services (LMS) is a core product line within the TTS business and continues to execute against a complex, multi-year transformation program to realize the business vision of a Real-Time, Intelligent, Responsive and Global network. Within the program is a mandate to ensure our data and data governance processes meet regulatory expectations.
The LMS Data Governance Lead Business Analyst role will deliver on product processes and controls with a focus on Data Governance and regulatory commitments for a multi-year, global transformation effort. A key aspect of this will be to understand ICG/TTS regulatory commitments and to liaise with business partners operations and technology to ensure processes are developed and governance exists to monitor the quality of data flowing through our systems. The role is equal parts SME, product developer and product manager.
This position requires a candidate with experience with data governance, product management, product controls and communication skills. Knowledge of TTS and associated business processes will accelerate the candidates ability to add value efficiently.
The Project Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Accountable for the end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.
The role will report directly to the Liquidity Management Services Data Governance Officer and will matrix into the Global Head of Core Accounts and will partner closely with Core Accounts product, technology, operations, and controls/compliance teams.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead/support the transformation necessary to deliver on regulatory commitments related Liquidity Management Services and Core Accounts
+ Gain in depth understanding of IGC and TTS regulatory commitments
+ Understand existing core account functionality and define approach to comply with regulatory requirements under existing processes
+ Understand core account transformation activities and ensure emerging technologies incorporate required regulatory commitments
+ Develop and lead an ongoing governance model to monitor data quality and partner with Data Stewards to address data concerns
+ Develop business requirements / user stories, including sequencing and timing to enhance business processes and controls
+ Build strong partnerships across various key stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Operations, and In-Business Risk teams as needed

+ Responsible for the management of significant projects; manages a department, product or process with a large amount of independence.

+ Directs the creation of multiple projects of work and manage their alignment to business goals.
+ Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross functional macro level topics within/across projects and with Senior Management.
+ Leads the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition.
+ Meets business objectives and work with project sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business objectives.
+ Drives adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.
+ Assists project team in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure the project can be completed.
+ Directs the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including Senior Management, on a timely basis.
+ Directs the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience leading large multi-year technology transformation initiatives, especially focused on legacy transformations
+ Understanding of Data Governance terminology and processes
+ Experience managing global projects
+ Strong knowledge of TTS Products and ability to work at scale
+ Experience establishing and enhancing a controls environment
+ 10+ years of experience
+ Strong ability to multi-task and progress projects with strict deadlines
+ Ability to partner effectively across a global organization and with Product, Operations and Technology partners.
+ Exceptional communicator who loves working with people and is not afraid to challenge status quo
+ Prior Product controls / audit experience valued
+ Well-developed written communication skills (including PowerPoint) and able to effectively use internal collaboration platforms to communicate across the group
