In the current economic climate, there have been an unprecedented number of business failures, financial fraud and accounting irregularities. These and other events have resulted in regulatory interventions, investigations, financial restatements and a significant number of lawsuits. Dealing with matters of a complex nature requires a broad range of skills and experience.

Our Disputes & Investigations team is pan European with teams in Paris, London, Munich, Frankfurt, Geneva, Athens, Madrid and Zurich. We have worked on some of the most significant, high-profile matters in the investigative and disputes area across many European countries and beyond.

Our practice is a leading provider of Forensic Accounting & Investigations, Forensic Technology, Dispute Advisory, Cyber Risk Management, and Privacy & Data Compliance services.

The firm has an established reputation for high quality work in a non-Audit environment. Our approach is characterised by a high level of objectivity, diligence and intensive analysis.

We are expanding our team in Paris and seeking to hire talented forensic accountants with expertise in Investigations / Forensic Accounting to support our Disputes & Investigations practice in France and across Europe. The successful candidate will support a variety of investigations and advisory projects for our clients.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and contribute to a variety of missions in France and internationally

  • Use forensic accounting skills to investigate fraud and other financial misrepresentation

  • Take a key role in drafting reports and other client deliverables

  • Develop and suggest solutions to complex problems by thinking "outside the box"

  • Balance multiple client projects and other responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively to all levels of engagement management and clients

  • You will be encouraged to network internally with our other service lines and to participate in external marketing events

The successful candidate will have a balance of the following skills:


  • A Master's degree from an accredited business school, with accounting focus

  • 5-10 years of experience including in a forensic consulting practice

  • Demonstrable experience in managing investigations

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in combination with a positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation

  • Relentless and uncompromising attention to detail and quality;

  • Self-starter with the drive to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture;

  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment;

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to synthesise information from several sources and draw coherent, well-evidenced conclusions

  • Fluency in French & English ( both written & spoken) is required

  • Good written and oral communication skills

As you will have the opportunity to be part of international projects and work with clients across the world, the candidate should be willing to travel.
