Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company, aspires to hire an experienced New Construction Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to general contractors and builders.



Responsibilities:



  • Design customized door solutions



  • Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily.



  • Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software



  • Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customers needs, and sell technical and mechanical good and services.



  • Build solid, long lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory



  • Provides timely and accurate estimates and proposals.



  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily



  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements



  • Two (2) years outside selling experience to general contractors and builders



  • Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable)



  • Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers



  • Must possess valid drivers license



  • Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills



  • Other duties as assigned
