This role is responsible for a wide variety of processes and tasks including asset tracking, SFDC material and pricing set-up, Customer Master data projects, and support of the IDN Sales Team. The position requires a detail-oriented self-starter that is customer focused and has excellent communication and organizational skills.

**A Day in the Life**

Manages the distribution and tracking of rep demo and trunk stock equipment as well as the tracking and Sunshine Act reporting of evaluation equipment. Also tracks compliance to committed contracts. Facilitates approvals for special requests from the sales team. Works with marketing teams on set-up of new products, promotions, and pricing in SAP as well as SalesForce.com. Audits product attributes like List Price, Floor Price, and Product Hierarchy in SAP and Sales Force.com to ensure accuracy between systems. Maintains sales rep territory alignment tables in SAP. Monitors new account set-ups in SalesForce.com and facilitates set-up of new accounts in SAP as necessary. Supports Contract Team with administrative activities for contracts. Provides support for ad hoc reports, analysis, and special projects such as acquisition implementation.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


+ Provides project or program support to the Sales Administrator group.

+ Support IDN sales team projects

+ Cross reference process and track assets in SFDC

+ Manage contract compliance projects

+ Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.

+ Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation.


**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ Hish school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience


**Nice to Have**


+ Previous experience supporting Medtronic sales analysis teams

+ SAP experience

+ SalesForce.com (SFDC) experience

+ Healthcare industry experience

+ Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills

+ Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills

+ Knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Adobe, Power Point, Word, Outlook
