**Senior Cloud Software Engineer - APEX**

The Software Engineering team working on our APEX as-a-service portfolio delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Be a technical contributor on an Agile team, collaboratively realizing features through the software development lifecycle
+ Help lead in design, development and unit testing of the Dell Technologies Cloud products including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues that may be reported
+ Design, code, test, debug and document software according to Dell Technologies Clouds systems standards, policies and procedures, and navigate between these responsibilities
+ Be responsible for preparing and presenting design documentation
+ Analyze business needs and create software solutions and apply Domain-driven design
**Essential Requirements**
+ Proficiency in Java, REST, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka. GraphQL experience beneficial also.
+ Expertise in loosely Coupled Microservices Event Driven Architectures
+ Solid understanding of Cloud-native systems, designed to embrace rapid change, large scale, and resilience; API First design, API gateways and Service Mesh architecture
+ 5+ years of related experience in a software development role, extensive experience in cloud domain
**Desirable Requirements**
+ Good understanding of User Interface React framework
+ Preferable working experience in large scale projects
