Senior Engineer Platform / DevOps

What youll get to do:
- Design, build and continuously optimize the technology stack (cloud, monitoring, CI/CD, paging etc.) powering a best-in-class customer experience
- Build secure, performant, scalable Infrastructure for the rapid release of high-quality software
- Work side by side with a multi-disciplinary, diverse team to make meaningful decisions together

- Develop broad business skills and experience Be lean in how you operate, always improving, always aligned to the bigger picture.
What you bring to the table:
Strong experience working with AWS cloud platforms - Strong experience working with Terraform and TerraGrunt
- An understanding of platform, application and data security
- A deep understanding of Authentication and Authorization (ideally OIDC, oAuth2, Auth0)
- Experience developing complex applications in an agile environment as part of a multi-disciplinary, diverse team of engineers, designers, product excerpts, marketers and strategists
- Experience with modern web application development, including build tools, testing and CI/CD (ideally GitHub Actions) - Experience with designing serverless API architectures with an emphasis on scalability, performance, security, and extensibility
- Working knowledge of security best practices, specifically related to PII
- Excitement, energy, and strong people skills including excellent communication capabilities
- A nimble approach to thinking strategically while rolling up your sleeves and getting greatwork done - Experience in a startup or venture-like operating model preferred
Location & Vaccination Requirements - The primary location for this position is a Remote with occasional travel to our NYC office.
