Senior Engineer Full Stack Java

**Job Description:**
**Position Summary**
The Senior engineer will work as the technology SME of the development team that will be responsible for developing a new application as well as maintaining existing features for internally developed web applications, and reporting interfaces built using Java, Angular, Jquery and Oracle technologies. Collaborate with external developers to coordinate delivery. Work under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Evaluate, analyze the problem definition and the requirements.
+ Document software high level design/approach and code.
+ Review code and designs done by other team members.
+ Develop and design new software
+ Conduct proof of concept with new technologies and vendor platforms.
**Required Skills**
+ Experience in Agile Scrum methodology and Jira
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience.
+ Requires 3+ years of experience leading development
+ 5-7 years of experience in software delivery or software development and architecture.
+ Experience working on high volume applications.
+ Strong REST API development using Java, Spring Framework
+ Sound Knowledge App Servers such as JBOSS, TOMCAT etc. and Web Servers such as Apache etc.
+ Strong understanding of relational databases management systems
+ Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications (CICD Preferred).
+ Strong problem solving and design skills Appian-specific BPM development.
+ Strong understanding of various authentication and authorization mechanisms such as Siteminder (SSO), oAuth 2.0, Basic, API Key Based Authentication, LDAP, SAML, Kerberos, Certificate Based PKI Authentication, etc.
+ Must be able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a constantly changing environment
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Team player, good communication
**Desired Skills**
MemSQL/Singlestore, DB2, Kafka ,IBM MQ Experience with Identity and Access Management products and technologies, such as Ping Identity, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP
