The Analyst for the Americas Technology Regulatory Program will be responsible for translating technology outcomes in the context of compliance with regulatory requirements. You will design and deliver solutions to improve regulatory engagement, efficiencies and engineer solutions to reduce operational risk.

• Perform in a culture that embraces innovation, automation and promotes creativity for engineers while completing standing risk and control requirements

• Build sustainable and scalable solutions to mitigate operational risk in the context of meeting regulatory obligations

• Ensure timely delivery of regulatory initiatives

• Follow the agile practices for delivery of outcomes

• Work with the team members across locations / time-zones

• Work with Tech Leads, BAs, PMs, QA, Platform and Production Support teams as well as business partners

• Sense of ownership and hands on approach to problem solving

• Good Social skills with experience of working with people

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in working cross divisions/functions, managing broad partner expectations, timely communication
