3D Generalist
As a 3D Generalist for the Visualization team, you will work alongside a dynamic group that is continually exploring new and shiny ways to tell our clients stories. If you love problem solving, varied assignments, learning new things, and can nitpick those tiny details, youd fit right in. This person reports to the Boise, ID office with the ability to work remotely from a mutually agreed upon location.

You will be responsible for translating design sketches, CAD drawings, and BIM models into high quality visualizations through 3D illustration and animation. The ability to adapt and problem solve in a variety of 3D Generalist Roles (e.g. Animation, Modeling, Texturing, and Compositing) is a must. You will be collaborating with other visualization specialists, Project Managers and clients to determine the most appropriate approach for each project. Managing a number of assets, prioritizing tasks, providing/receiving feedback and modifying work as needed will be expected.

+ Three (4) + years experience of directly related visualization experience. Architectural and/or engineering experience preferred.

+ Proven track record of project and team management.

+ Demonstrated history of high degree of success in all aspects of the design visualization field providing Exterior, interior and or engineering related simulations.

Specific skills required include a combination of the following:

+ 3DS MAX

+ VRAY

+ 3D Modeling

+ Animation

+ Adobe Photo Shop

+ Substance Painter

+ Storyboarding

It would be awesome if you had experience with:

+ Motion Graphics

+ Unity or Unreal Game Engines

+ Adobe Premiere & After Effects
