Senior Process Lead
Bellevue, WA

In the role of Process Lead, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.

In this role you will be responsible for client and team interactions, transition activities, floor operations, quality and process compliance, knowledge management, internal/external audits and process compliance.

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide RFx sourcing services to our clients based on predefined service levels, managing multiple simple and/or intermediate projects simultaneously

  • Run various sourcing activities as assigned (e.g., RFx development, NDA management, supplier communication, negotiation, draft contracts and recommendation summarization)

  • Once a project request is received, recognize if there are missing requirements, perform due diligence validation, follow up with the requestor to obtain further project details and answer any process related questions

  • Gather and summarize bid requirements, prepare bid package and publish to suppliers using an eSourcing tool

  • Research and identify suppliers as required (i.e. supplier market analysis)

  • Project documentation (e.g. create project folders, spend and savings documentation/validation, status updates)

  • May participate in peer reviews for other team member's projects and check for quality, consistency and compliance with Infosys quality methodology and client specific requirements

  • Perform in-depth proposal analysis draw conclusions regarding supplier selection recommendations, present back to the requestor in a concise manner

  • Follow the deliverable schedule for the team and ensure delivery of output within client timeframes and quality

  • Proactively raise any source data issues early in the process

  • Proactively propose improvement suggestions

  • Be able to interpret requests and determine what is required to achieve the desired goal

Location for this position is Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications
Basic

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • At least 6 years of working experience in related areas to the job description

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Law or Science

  • 6 years of work experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, analysis and reporting, corporate or professional services environment

  • Capable of thinking critically at a situation and identifying opportunities

  • Confident ability to priorities own work often within tight deadlines

  • Ability to work with international teams and take direction

  • Strong and proficient in MS Excel (essential) including working knowledge of filters, sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas, lookups, advanced formatting techniques and advance data manipulation techniques

  • Highly valued skills include Ariba Sourcing (important), MS Dynamics (additional) VBA Macros (additional), Power BI tools (additional) or other spend tools (additional)

  • Strong customer service orientation

  • Strong team player

  • Results & outcome oriented

  • Able to interpret and follow process document guidelines

  • Enthusiastic and able to drive own activities

  • Good concise English verbal and written skills (with suppliers and Client stakeholders)

  • Able to communicate to the point in a quick and effective manner, ability to summarize information
